I was reflecting today on my life and some of my recent writings, when I came to Leafs. When I came upon leafs I Started thinking about the change of seasons which we are currently experiencing. I would like to recommend that you go and read Leafs my previous post before continuing.

So I was thinking about how the leafs fall and cover the ground creating a beautiful mosaic of different colors and shapes. All the while playing a beautiful symphony of thuds and cracklings which is only added to when one walks on them, and I was struck by how similar the leafs are to snow in that they both fall and cover the ground the leaves creating a mosaic and the snow covering the earth with a layer of the very substance that sustains life, water. Now Snow is frozen water but it is nonetheless water. Water which is so pure and white that it shows us light in a way we have never seen it before, so bright that we have to squint when we first look out at it. While snow fails to make sounds when it falls it’s moanings while settling and being compressed by feet walking up a hill to ride down and enjoy this wonderful temporary gift, and joined by the sounds of the trees popping and cracking as the snow clings to even the smallest branch. I also never cease to enjoy how the snow seems to swallow all noise creating a near perfect silence, which one could just sit and enjoy for hours if you had the patience. And in all this we find an amazing parallel,

Snow is like Life Temporary, Beautiful, Thirsty,

Reliant on something bigger than itself to exist

HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!

WOW OUR GOD IS GREAT!

OK The christian community that I am a part of has had an evangelist by the name of Frank Butler speaking since Sunday and wow it has been amazing!People getting healed, slain in the spirit, saved I mean you name it its happening at Perrow. This was frank butlers last night and by far the best, however I expect that after he leaves God is going to do even greater things. I encourage you to find a church near you if you are not already a member of a community of faith is Jesus and start attending, also if you near me please come to Perrow there is a link on the sidebar. But Just get close to God for He is great! God can do great miracle if you will believe him for them and ask for them he CAN heal you. but most of all Seek GOD! HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!
